Refund Policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To initiate a return, please contact us at developer.shilpijain@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon delivery and notify us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures to make it right.
Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any concerns about the return eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the desired item. This will ensure a faster and more efficient process.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at developer.shilpijain@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
